Elizabeth has given me my evenings back! What do I mean by this? It means that I no longer have to rock my daughter to sleep, hold her for an hour, and then spend 20 minutes putting her down and picking her back up as she screamed her head off.
Once my child was (finally!) asleep she would wake up in the middle of the night and then not fall back asleep unless it was with me sleeping on her floor. I’m off the floor and back in my bed! The babe is in her crib all night and sleeps the entire night!
Liz listened to all of my child’s weight gain issues and reflux issues and then created a unique plan just for her! She built up my confidence and let me know that if I needed her she’d be right there ready to talk me through the tough times! Great news, there aren’t many tough times with Liz’s sleep plan!
Liz knows what she’s doing, her humor and wit will keep you sane, her sleep plan will give you your nights back and a nice couple of breaks from the wee one during the day!

Liz is the absolute best!! Our son is a stubborn 9mo. old who used nursing to fall asleep and therefore I was waking up many times throughout the night to nurse my little stinker back to sleep. Now we are down to 1 nursing session within the 4-5 a.m. hour and Liz has given us the tools to cut that session out when we are ready! She provided so much support and I always felt she'd be there when we needed her! I was so excited to share our successes and comfortable enough to share our "failures" with her. She really became a friend of our family and I am sad our training is over just because I enjoyed talking with her!! HIGHLY recommend - our little Tatum is so happy now in the mornings and during the day - and Mommy and Daddy are too!!!
